I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and updating the drivers. After the upgrade the built in digital persona fingerprint reader stopped working. It came with windows vista 圆4 and I upgraded to windows 7 圆4. Upon installation the app runs a 'Getting Started' wizard that walks you through the necessary steps to set up the fingerprint reader and your login account details.
